Valach EnginesVM R5-250
The Valach VM R5-250 is a four stroke OHV engine with two valves per cylinder, running on petrol/oil mixture. Valves and their seats are manufactured by Honda, ensuring a very high quality. The fully encapsulated valve train reduces sound as well as keeping dust and dirt away from the rocker arms.
A special safety feature is built into the microprocessor controlled ignition. It senses a rapid RPM rise of more than 3000 RPM in less than one second, should this happen during starting the engine. It will shut off the ignition immediately and give out a warning signal, you then can restart the engine – at a lower more save throttle setting.
The Valach VM R5-250 radial is designed and built soundly in the Valach tradition. Crankcase, cylinders and cylinder heads are CNC milled using a high grade aluminium alloy.
